These are great with BBQ of any kind whether it’s a burger or ribs.
Just take how ever many sweet potatoes you will need to feed the number of people you are serving and scrub them up. No need to peel.
Cut them into wedges.
Throw them into a bag with a little olive oil and chili powder in the amount that you prefer for your own taste, salt and pepper, and about 1 Tbsp cornstarch. You don’t need to drown them in oil. Just use enough to make the seasonings stick. Shake up the bag to coat the potatoes.
Line them up on a baking sheet with space between each one and bake at 400F till done. The time will depend on how thick you slice them. But mine took about 20 minutes or so.
Easy!!
